The ‘Hitman’ concert will be held in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas on October 15, 2010

David and Charice

The ‘Hitman Return’ concert will be held in Mandalay Bay on October 15, 2010. It promises to be a memorable night filled with unforgettable musical numbers and entertainment that will make your Vegas trip even more meaningful. Aside from Charice and Ne-Yo, other David Foster friends who will grace the show include Seal, Martina McBride, Donna Summer, Chaka Khan, Natalie Cole, Kenny Loggins, Michael Bolton, Ruben Studdard, Earth, Wind & Fire plus some surprise guests.
According to David Foster, he will cheat a little with the Las Vegas show as he used up a lot of his catalogue for the first edition.

“For instance, this show will feature Dreamweaver, a song composed by Gary Wright, which is not in my catalogue,” said Foster. “I will definitely go deeper in earlier catalogues.”

The multi-Grammy winner—15 in all—revealed that he is very hands-on with his shows, and does not hesitate to move segments of a show around to come up with a fantastic concert.

“The arc of the show is very important, For that night, I will put everybody’s name on the board and I may move them around to see what’s the best flow,”

It’s a truly star-studded show that everyone should not miss. The concert will be recorded by Thirteen for for PBS broadcast on Great Performances, and also will be released as a concert CD/DVD on 143/Reprise Records.

Seal: ‘Commitment’ Album Preview

Life is good for Grammy-winning, international R&B superstar Seal. Propelled by his 1994 smash “Kiss From A Rose,” the smooth-throated singer has enjoyed two decades of success (outside of his marriage to supermodel Heidi Klum, which is an achievement all its own). Seal is releasing his seventh LP, Commitment, on September 28 in U.S. (it’s already available in the rest of the world), his first collection of all-new material in two years. The album is produced by David Foster and if you’ve been a fan over the years then you know exactly what to expect: soulful lyrics, soothing instrumentation, and an experience tailor-made for the grown but still sexy crowd.
